Guarantees

We guarantee to meet you and your dog(s) where you are with honesty and transparency, and that you all will be treated with kindness, respect, and understanding no matter what situation you are seeking help for. Ultimately behavior is fluid and influenced by many factors, including but not limited to, consistency of training, changes in environment, human behavior & emotion, exercise needs, age, genetics, previous reinforcement/punishment histories etc… Behavior is never 100%. Understanding this, we believe it is irresponsible to and do not make any other guarantees.

Payment Policy

Credit and PayPal payment options are accepted. We will make exceptions for cash or check payments on a case-by-case basis. Training can be paid in full up front or in 2 or 3 monthly installments. Anyone using the sliding scale pricing options must pay for the discounted services in full.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered for contracted services. Unused pre-paid sessions expire 6 months after purchase.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation that occurs within 48 hours of a scheduled session will be charged in full. Make-up sessions can be purchased at normal hourly rates. Any training sessions canceled with 48+ hours notice or more will be rescheduled for our next available opening at the same time.
